Birthday Parties
Your Autumn Birthday Party Package includes:
- General admission to all of the farm adventures
- Reserved seating in the Party Barn*
- Exclusive Pumpkin Painting activity in the Party Barn
- Party Coordinator to help set-up, clean-up and assist
Every child will receive:
- A pie-sized pumpkin to paint
- A Pumpkin Sipper filled with apple juice
- Party Favors - either a 3 oz.
cup of animal feed or 3 gourds for
the launcher
- The Birthday Child will receive a special cowboy hat
Party Times
10:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. or 2:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m. (3 1/2 hours)
Party Dates
Saturdays and Sundays, September 17 thru October 23 and Halloween
weekend October 27, 28, 29, 30
Party Barn
You will paint your pumpkins and have reserved space for your group in the Party Barn.
Cost
Cost is $150 for up to 8 children with $15 for each additional child. Discounted admission for adults is only $6.
Adult Supervision
Busy Barns Farm requests a minimum of 1 to 5 adults/child ratio to properly
supervise the children at play so they have a safe and fun experience
at the farm. Discounted admission for adults is only $6.
Deposit
A deposit of $50 is required upon date confirmation. This deposit check should be made out to Busy Barns Farm. The deposit is refundable
only if canceled 1-week prior to the reservation. If it rains
you may
reschedule. We accept cash and check.
Food & Drink
Absolutely no outside food or beverages are allowed, except cake and ice
cream. A small freezer is available to store your ice cream.
Food and drinks are available for purchase at the “Feed
Bag”.
Placing your Food Order 
You can place a food order via the registration form below or email the order to info@busybarnsfarm.com prior to the party. Please indicate what time you would like your food delivered to the Party Barn. The other food ordering option is to place your order at arrival. You will be provided with a menu pad to make your food selections with. Once your order has been received by the Feed Bag your food will then be delivered within 30-minutes or at a time you specify.
Your food must be paid with one check or cash when the order is placed. If your food order is placed prior to arrival, please mail a check made out to the Fort FFA Alumni for the amount due. Then mail that separate check along with your Birthday Party deposit to Busy Barns Farm.

cream, candles, plates, napkins and utensils.

*Reserved seating in the Party Barn is from 10:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. or
2:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m.,
however you are welcome to enjoy all of the farm adventures from 10:00 a.m.
until 6:00 p.m.
