Birthday Party Information
Your Birthday Party Package includes:
General admission to all of the farm adventures
Reserved seating in the Little Barn or under carport
Exclusive party activity in the Little Barn or under carport
Party Coordinator to help set-up, clean-up and assist
Every child will receive:
A Pumpkin Sipper filled with apple juice
Paint a Pumpkin (Fall)
Party Favors - either a bag of animal feed or pumpkins (Fall) for the launcher
10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. or 1:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. (3 hours)
Party Dates -
Spring: Sundays the first three weekends in May
Summer: Evenings of Scheduled Field Trips in July
Fall: Sundays the last two weekends in September and the first four weekends in October
Children may participate in a pumpkin painting activity (fall). Your group will have the Carport or one half of the Little Barn as a reserved space for your group, depending on availability.
Children: Cost is $195 for up to 8 children, and $15 for each additional child. This rate is for children attending the birthday party and activities. Children under 1 are free.
Adults: Admission for birthday party adults (16 or older) is $12.00 per person. This adult rate applies if the party organizer is planning on paying for these adult participants.
Party List: We ask that you provide us with a complete party list of any individuals that could potentially attend that you are planning on paying for. As they enter the farm, we'll check-off their name and have you pay for the party (minus the $50 deposit) before you depart.
***Please send this attendance list at least 3-days before the party date. Those individuals that are not on your list, but indicate they are associated with the birthday party will be asked to pay our regular admission price.
Busy Barns Farm requests a minimum of 1 to 5 adults/child ratio to properly supervise the children at play so they have a safe and fun experience at the farm.
A deposit of $50 is required upon date confirmation. This deposit check should be made out to Busy Barns Farm and mailed to W7675 US Hwy 12 Fort Atkinson, WI 53538. The deposit is nonrefundable.
***If it rains you may reschedule. Cash or Charge will be required for the final payment.
Food & Drink:
Absolutely no outside food or beverages are allowed, except cake and ice cream. A freezer is available to store your ice cream.
***Food and drinks are available for purchase at the farm.
Placing your Food Order:
You can place a food order upon arrival to the farm. You will be provided with a menu pad to make your food selections with. Once you have completed your menu selections please take the completed menu form to the concession trailer. Your food must be paid with cash or charge when the order is placed. If you are coming with a large group of 15 or more please place your order when you arrive so they have time to prepare it. Your food must be paid with cash or charge when the order is placed.
Don’t Forget to Bring...
Don’t forget to bring your camera, decorations, gifts, cake, ice cream, candles, plates, napkins and utensils. Three 8-foot tables will be provided if you'd like to bring table cloths for them.
The farm has hours of activities! We'd hate for your birthday party guests to miss any of the fun. We recommend coming up with a tentative agenda for the day. Some of the Spring and Fall events you'll want to consider scheduling are:

Hayrides please check schedule upon arrival.
***Don't forget to leave enough time for Pumpkin Painting (Fall), to go on a hayride, visit the launcher, feed the farm animals, eat, enjoy your cake/ice cream and open gifts.
Reserved seating in the Little Barn/Carport is from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. or 1:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m.
However, you are welcome to enjoy all of the farm adventures from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Your group will have half of the Little Barn/Carport depending on availability. If your group is larger than 20, we may provide an alternative space or give you the entire barn depending on bookings for that day.
